Situated in an awesome location with an incredible breakfast that had a huge variety. The added bonus of access to the thermal waters was mind-blowing. After a day of adventure, soaking in the thermal waters was super amazing. The hotel also offers a pillow menu for ultimate comfort and the room decor was impressive. The free thermal pool offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The village and environment were very charming and the rooms were clean and the beds were jaw-droppingly comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was top-notch. Plus, the hotel offered free wi-fi, luggage storage, locker room, 24-hour security, a welcome drink.

The hotel was located on the mountain with easy access to everything, including the cable car going up to Gemmipass. We enjoyed the stunning views from our room and the relaxing bath facilities. Our children also had a great time during the 'Hippy' evening event at the baths. the walls in the hallway were decorated with beautiful paintings, giving the hotel a unique atmosphere.
The reception staff was not very helpful in advising on activities outside of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by beautiful buildings and mountains with a stunning view. The breakfast was satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. , the free entry to thermal baths was a nice touch, a perfect way to unwind after a busy day.
The check-in process was confusing and time-consuming, wasted about an hour just to park my car, and had to drive around the mountain to get to a confusing car park. The quality of the room was poor, with a musty smell that persisted throughout my stay.
